Merger and Acquisition Advisory Services

Manning Advisors provides merger and acquisition services to our clients in the specialty materials and precision manufacturing fields. We advise and represent both buyers and sellers of companies and specialize in asset-based transactions.

In most cases we represent strategic entities, that is, companies or individuals active in the business in which they contemplate a transaction. On occasion we represent private equity firms.
